Multiple BF4 clients on one home network?

Post by igloo » Fri Jan 10, 2014 3:42 pm

Hey guys,

Do you know if multiple BF4 clients can run on one home network? Native and I had an issue with this with BF3... Punkbuster wouldn't let more than one client play off of one network at a time... it was a massive bummer.

Apparently it's hit and miss.

1.) Make sure PNP is off on the router
2.) Modify registry settings on each PC
3.) Power-cycle the network

Yeah, I found a thread for fixes. I want to get it, but I'm really hesitant after the debacle that Native and I encountered with BF3. If there is a sale on it at some point I'll probably snatch it up.

I'm sure the networking hasn't been changed, and so you should be able to test those fixes on your BF3 installs before committing to BF4.
