Just curious what your guys thoughts are on this? And if there are any issues with doing so. I see some people say that it fixes their cpu spikes in battlefield 4.

When they first moved CSS onto the OrangeBox engine, I had to, as the game wasn't really optimized that well for multi-core.

HyperThreading seems to be the bigger culprit in the CPU spike arena, which explains why people are designating cores for the game. Cores 0-3 should be physical cores, and 4-7 the virtual ones (which are the "hyper threads".

During Beta, I had to turn off HT because the CPU spikes were insane. They've gotten better with the release, but still kinda jerky sometimes.
